A standard trip
Standard trip – collect and drop off at event; collect from event and drop off at initial address or second address (second drop off not to be later than midnight): - R1500-00 [total trip not to exceed 80kms]
Special trip
This is the same as the standard trip but collection will happen after midnight at a predetermined time and venue between HUMMER-4-HIRE and the person paying. This will constitute a third leg and it will cost an additional R1000-00. This additional leg is also not to exceed 40kms.
Artists/Celebrities
This is by arrangement. Please get your management to complete the form and we can arrange a meeting to discuss your arrangements. An indemnity has to be signed by the person paying for any damage to the vehicle. It has to be emphasised that we are on a strict time limit and that any material deviation (more than a half hour) will not be tolerated and this will allow HUMMER-4-HIRE to leave the location without any recourse for the client to claim any damages. Complete the Contact Us form and we will revert with a full quote and full terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions
- We only choose to do select areas due to safety. But a shuttle can be arranged to a desired location so we can collect you in a safe environment and drop you off in safe environment.
- Payment in full is required 5 working days before the date.
- Cancellation within 48 hours results in a 50% penalty of the quoted price.
- Cancellation within 24 hours results in a 75% penalty of the quoted price.
